Through a standardised application form, we will gather information about your business and your goals.

Upon successful application, we will present you with a detailed offer including our terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreement and payment options.

Detailed Assessment Form

After payment and before we start our sprint, we will ask you to provide additional details, including sensitive information that could not be provided before signing any contracts, time slots for interviews, presentations and other meetings and relevant documentation or source code where applicable.

Data Collection

At the beginning of the sprint we will collect information from the assessment form, documentation, source code, interviews and observation of the current operations. This will typically take about two days.

Analysis and Research

After collecting information, we will analyse this information, research solutions and prepare recommendations. This will typically take about two days.

Results and Road Map

On the last day of the sprint we will present results, conduct Q&A sessions and discuss next steps.

Survey

Two weeks after the sprint we will send out a survey that will help us to understand your progress, remaining challenges and how we can improve our services. This will also enable us to offer additional support if required.

Quarterly Check-In

As most solutions will take time to implement, we will check-in with you once a quarter after the completion of a sprint for 12 months to see how you are tracking and if you need any additional help.
